We had a blip with my boy West’s diabetes and Kurtis made everyone aware quickly and he provided the care needed to get his numbers up. I am very happy with this practice. Dr Campbell does her best to see our needs are met and is flexible. Kurtis takes amazing care of my cat. I lost my cat sitter after 11 years and did not know what I was going to do. My cat had had a urinary tract blockage and needed three visits a day after his recovery when I had to travel. This was our first time using Vetly and it will not be our last. Our cat, LC, has a heart condition and asthma. She has to have medications morning and evening as well as an inhaler twice daily. Not an easy undertaking. Linda was our assigned caretaker and she did a wonderful job. Linda came over before our trip to become familiar with the routine and meet LC. After our trip we had Linda over for a glass of wine and LC came out to see Linda. This confirmed that Linda did a great job as LC is not an overly friendly/ social cat. Julia stayed at our home with our 2 mini pigs in Feb 2022. She provided them exceptional care and attention and put our minds at ease being away from them for the first time. At the time, one of the piglets was having bladder control issues and required nasal spray 3 times per day (and a lot of cleanups!). Julia handled all this with grace and compassion, even doing extra laundry and making sure he got more medicine from the pharmacy when it unexpectantly ran out (food, too!). One day, Julia couldn’t be there so she arranged for Wes to drop in. Wes also was so caring, sending pictures of her visit. I can't say enough about this wonderful business - not only do they fill a niche that's so needed but they're just wonderful to work with. We rescued a dog who was extremely abused in her prior setting and she's a special needs dog who requires a lot of patience, training, and love. We've been working with this business for 4 months and have no idea how we could have done it without their assistance. Our pup can't be boarded, doesn't like new people, and can't be left alone. So we had been housebound before we started working with (Vetly). What a relief it is to have our pup now excited to see the trainers and to know we can leave the pup with them when we leave the house, and eventually, we'll travel again and have a vacation! I was already giving my cat so many medications and interventions for other health problems, and didn't want my cat to hate me for sticking her w a needle.
